Richards Six provides adversarial strategy analysis reports. Each report applies six structured analytical lenses to a submitted strategy document, producing a comprehensive assessment of assumptions, risks, competing outcomes, failure modes, decision triggers, and cognitive blind spots.
Reports are analytical assessments produced by a combination of AI systems and human analyst review. They are not generated by AI alone, and they are not produced by a human analyst working without AI assistance. The methodology requires both.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) on the website.
Payment is due on delivery of the completed report. Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of engagement applies to that engagement.
If the submitted document does not contain sufficient testable assumptions for a full six-lens analysis, Richards Six will return it with guidance on what to provide instead. No charge is applied if the document fails the input quality gate.
This is not a judgement on the quality of the document itself. It is a practical requirement: the methodology needs testable claims to analyse. A vision statement or a one-page summary typically does not contain enough material for a meaningful assessment.
The client retains full ownership of all submitted documents. Submitting a document to Richards Six does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Richards Six retains ownership of the report methodology, analytical framework, and prompt architecture. These are proprietary and are not included in the deliverable.
The client receives a licence to use the delivered report for internal decision-making purposes. Reports may not be redistributed, published, or resold without written permission from Richards Six.
Richards Six reports are analytical assessments. They are not professional advice. Specifically:
Richards Six is not liable for decisions made based on report findings. The reports are designed to inform decision-making, not to replace professional advisers in regulated fields.
The maximum liability of Richards Six for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
All submitted documents are treated as confidential. Richards Six will not disclose client identities or document contents to any third party.
Client documents are deleted within 30 days of report delivery. Final reports are retained for 12 months for quality assurance purposes, then deleted.
