What Data We Collect

Richards Six collects the following information in the course of providing its service:

• Email address – when you contact us or subscribe to the mailing list.
• Documents submitted for analysis – pitch decks, business plans, strategy documents, and similar materials you provide for assessment.

We do not collect any other personal information. We do not require account creation, and we do not gather demographic or behavioural data.

How Your Documents Are Handled

Your submitted documents are processed locally by the analyst. They are not uploaded to third-party cloud storage and are not shared with any third party.

The analytical pipeline uses AI systems – specifically Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini – to generate, verify, and challenge the analysis. Submitted documents are provided to these systems during the assessment process. These systems do not retain your data beyond the session.

At no point is your document stored in a publicly accessible location, and at no point is it made available to anyone outside the assessment process.

Data Retention

• Client documents are deleted within 30 days of report delivery.
• Final reports are retained for 12 months after delivery for quality assurance purposes, then deleted.
• Email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed to the mailing list. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed.

Email List

The Richards Six mailing list is operated via Buttondown. Subscription is opt-in only. You will never be added to the list without your explicit consent.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Once you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the list.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies. There are no tracking pixels, no analytics tools, and no third-party scripts – with the exception of Google Fonts (for typography) and the Buttondown subscription form.

We do not track your behaviour on this site. We do not know how you arrived here, how long you stayed, or what you clicked on.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time.
• Request a copy of any data we hold about you.
